Heruili Leather is based in Shiling, Guangzhou — the town where most of the world's bag and luggage materials are made. We work with a group of partner factories in and around Shiling, consolidate their output for you, and ship it as one booking. You deal with one person, one quotation, one shipment.
What that means for your order
A factory needs 500–1,000 yards of one colour in one pattern before it will start a run. We don't — because we buy across several factories and put your order together.
Why importers keep coming back
Mix, don't commit
One roll per colour, as many colours as you want, shipped LCL or as a 20ft container. Test 20 patterns before you commit to one.
Shipping we can actually quote
FCA Guangzhou — delivery inside Guangzhou to your forwarder is on us. We can also quote FOB, and introduce a forwarder who does door-to-door to Indonesia.
Documents we can stand behind
Compliance is per article — give us the item number and we tell you what that material can evidence. Production runs to REACH. Stock lines meet California Proposition 65. Need something else tested? We have it tested — ask before you order.
Real stock, not a catalogue
If it's on this website, we hold it. No stock, no listing — we take it down rather than take your deposit and stall.
Replenishment that works
Colours on the card carry no minimum. If a roll has sold out, we have it made again — 12–15 days.
One person, start to finish
You talk to the person who places the order. Quotation within 24 hours, on WhatsApp during China business hours.

Automotive requirements vary a lot by application. Tell us the part and the standard you need to meet, and we'll tell you straight whether we can do it.
We don't supply
- Welding-protection leather
- Specialty flame-retardant leather
We'd rather say no up front than quote you something we can't deliver.
How a first order usually goes
You pick colours from the card — the card is free, you cover the courier.
We quote per yard, in USD, within 24 hours. Sample yardage from 1 yard if you want to test first.
Your first order: mixed colours, LCL sea freight. Stock ships in 3–5 days.
Repeat. Most partners settle into one shipment a month once the colours are proven.
Where we ship from, and on whose terms
- FCA Guangzhou — delivery to your forwarder inside Guangzhou is included. Outside Guangzhou, it isn't.
- FOB — we can quote it, with the actual clearance and port charges shown as separate lines.
- Door-to-door to Indonesia — we can introduce a forwarder who handles customs, duties and last mile. Freight and duties are paid by you; we don't add a margin on top.
On first imports especially, door-to-door removes the part that usually stops the deal — customs paperwork you've never done before.
A real colour card from our rack — every colour on it carries no minimum.
