  1. Quality Assurance: If you discover any quality defects upon receipt, please contact us within 3 business days with photos or videos as evidence.

  2. Non-Quality Issues: We do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues, such as slight color variations (due to monitor settings), personal preferences, or incorrect ordering.

  3. Refund Process: Upon verification and confirmation of the quality issue, we will arrange a refund or replacement for you.
